Ken is the President/Owner of Training Inc. He began his career here in 2001 as a Computer Instructor. Over the course of time he learned the business from the ground-up, taking on advanced instructional, managerial, and intake roles. Ken also gained additional experience working as a Network and Computer Consultant for a local Lethbridge company. In 2018 he and his wife purchased Training Inc. His favourite part of the job is being surrounded by “the world’s best staff”. He also gains great satisfaction in seeing our students and clients’ lives progress towards meaningful careers as a result of the support and training they receive at Training Inc.

Angela began her employment with us in 2005 as an Instructor in our past Esthetics program. Her role here has changed over the years, she is now the co-owner of Training Inc. She enjoys working at the front desk greeting and meeting new clients and students. Angela loves all of the staff, and her favourite part of co-owning Training Inc. is seeing people succeed, whether it be academically or finding employment.

Working as a security professional provides an opportunity to apply his training and develop his problem-solving skills in a real-world setting. He is passionate about technology and security. Chris enjoys all aspects of working for a vocational school, especially interacting with students and staff.

Ginger is now returning to her administrative roots, combining both occupations and life experiences to the role of Admissions Advisor at Training Inc. We are excited to have her on our team!

Richard commenced his Training Inc. position of Security Professional Training Program Coordinator in August 2023 after completing 47 years in the Canadian Criminal Justice System. Richard served as a Licensed Private Investigator before joining the Alberta Solicitor General Correctional Services where he served as a Correctional Officer, Living Unit Officer, Probation Officer, and Parole Officer. Richard then commenced a casual Criminal Justice Instructor position at the Lethbridge College in the School of Justice and Human Services until 2018. Richard served with the Corps of Commissionaires Security Service, GardaWorld Security Services, and Paladin Security Services in Lethbridge before joining Training Inc.. Richard is a graduate of the Lethbridge College Law Enforcement Program and a graduate of the University of Lethbridge with a Bachelor of Arts and Science in Sociology.

Prior to becoming an LPN, she worked in long-term care facilities. Equaling  24 years of experience in the field. Wanda believes that respecting each other while sharing each other’s experiences creates a great learning environment.
